Shipping policy

Shipping Policy – The Tool Kit People

Thank you for shopping with The Tool Kit People! We’re committed to delivering your tool kits, replacement parts, and cases quickly, reliably, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam)

  • Canada, Mexico, EU, China, Sweden


Processing Times

  • In stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM local time may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


Carrier Partners

We are happy to ship collect on your preferred shipping account. We primarily ship through:

  • FedEx 

  • UPS

  • Ward

The carrier used will depend on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.


Shipping Delays

The Tool Kit People are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
    We will investigate and find a suitable solution for the situation.
