Parts Return Labels

Need a return label for a replacement part or component return? You’re in the right place.

USA Label Colors:

• Green: RAPID RETURNS is used only for the return of ordered/unused new parts. US TECH only. Tech is sent a return alert. Instructions for a supply of labels are on the RAPID RETURN. NEW PARTS ONLY.
• Red: GENERAL WAREHOUSE RETURN LABEL can be used for TIM's returns or sending something back to Indianapolis Warehouse to someone's attention. DO NOT USE FOR RAPID RETURN OR RETURNS FOR EVALUATION.
• Purple: RETURN FOR EVALUATION/CORE is sent with a new part where the old part is requested to be returned for evaluation or refurbishing. DO NOT USE FOR RAPID RETURN OR TIM RETURN.
  

Canada Label Colors:

• Red: GENERAL WAREHOUSE RETURN LABEL can be used for TIM's returns, returning instruments requiring calibration or sending something back to the Richmond Hill warehouse to someone's attention. 
• Purple: RETURN FOR EVALUATION/CORE is sent with a new part where the old part is requested to be returned for evaluation or refurbishing. DO NOT USE FOR TIM RETURN.
  

Add as many labels as you need to your cart and choose "Ship on My Corporate Account" The Tool Kit People team will generate and send the appropriate return shipping label based on your program requirements.

• Return labels are issued for approved program-related returns only.
• Incomplete information may delay processing.
