Need to return tools or cases? Submit your request here and The Tool Kit People team will generate and mail the appropriate return label based on your program requirements.

This workflow is intended to support the recovery, refurbishment, and redeployment of STERIS technician assets while helping maintain consistency across the fleet.

• Please package items securely prior to shipment.
• Freight, oversized shipments, or special handling requests may require separate coordination. Call (614)300-2310
• Calibrated equipment may require separate return procedures.
• Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
